In case of an exchange, once the product reaches the warehouse with the tags intact, there will be two ways of processes:

If the exchanged item is of a higher value, differences in amount will be charged to you.

If the exchange item is of a lower value, we will refund the amount difference after you pick up the original item.

Yes, we have COD option available on all orders. Also, there are no additional charges on COD.
